Mazda MX-5 ND Roll Bar (Prototype 1)

Using advanced 3D scanning, we captured precise data of the vehicle's interior and chassis to design a safety roll bar for track days. This scan data allowed us to analyze clearances between other components such as seat back crossmember assembly, soft-top roof hinge mechanism and seat belt mounting locations. We refined the design to meet performance and regulatory standards, ensuring enthusiasts can enjoy track days with confidence.
